In this agreement, “we”, “us”, or “Printrunner” refers to Printrunner, a U.S.-based provider of custom sticker and packaging printing services. “You” or “user” refers to any individual or entity using this site. Certain services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Printrunner is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Shipping and Delivery
All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Printrunner is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers must inspect deliveries promptly. Claims for damages or defects must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Approved cases may be resolved through reprints, store credit, or partial refunds. Custom-printed products are generally non-refundable except in cases of production error.
7. Defective Products and Limitations
A product is considered defective only if it deviates significantly from approved proofs or exceeds acceptable variance (e.g., color shift, trim deviation ±2.5%). Minor variations are not considered defects.
8. Customer Submitted Artwork
All uploaded artwork must meet our file specifications: 300 DPI, CMYK color mode, and appropriate bleed settings. RGB files will be converted, and resulting color shifts are the customer’s responsibility. Customers must ensure they have full rights to any submitted graphics.
9. Content License and Copyright
By submitting artwork or content, you grant Printrunner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce such materials for printing purposes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Printrunner retains the right to showcase finished prints for marketing and portfolio display.
10. Overruns and Proofing
Due to industry tolerances, order quantities may vary by ±8%. Digital proofs must be reviewed carefully; Printrunner is not liable for errors approved in proof. Print accuracy, especially for color-critical jobs, requires calibrated devices and Pantone matching (upon request).
11. Payments
We accept major credit cards and third-party payments such as PayPal. Payment is due at checkout unless alternate arrangements are made. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may incur a 2% monthly late fee.
12. Website Usage
You may not copy, scrape, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our website without express permission. Unauthorized use of site content or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
